This course is a 4-6 days training program depending on the selection of modules.
a) Foundation level: In this level, the team will learn the basics of the sales function, channels, sales funnel and a little bit about sales numbers (turn-over, margins and targets). The duration is 1-day.
b) Second level is specialisation module. Here module specialising in retail sales and B2B/B2G are offered separately in a 2 day course each. Both modules may not be necessary for every organisations. Companies specialising in B2C (retail sales) can focus on the retail sales module. Companies specialising in corporate and Government sales can focus on B2B/B2G sales module.
c) Third level is the sales management module. In this module the management of the sales organisation, motivation of the team, strategy meetings and leadership are covered.
